About Alexandra Helens

Alexandra is a Specialist Dev Ops at BHP, which is a lot like a software tester but you get to sound cool. She is also a disability rights advocate, speaking from her own experience as an Autistic person with Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome. She chairs the NeuroBHP working group within BHP, to increase Neurodiverse hiring and acceptance. She is passionate about bridging understanding between different neurotypes of people, and harnesses that passion to increase both Neurodiverse and disabled representation within the business sector.
