Cettina Raccuia

As the Innovation Capability Manager for RAC WA, Cettina shares her skills, knowledge and innovation processes to help various business units solve issues using new approaches. Cettina is always willing to help teams with their challenges and, even with a full workload, she accepts opportunities to help support the innovation community both internally and externally. Her understated style sees her working hard and often letting the team or the project shine. Cettina has demonstrated exceptional leadership, mentored leaders and created beneficial partnerships both at RAC as well as the broader Western Australian innovation community. She has also mentored in a range of innovation and entrepreneurship events across WA including the Curtin Ignition program and Social Impact Startup Weekend. In her speaking and mentoring roles, her talents in critical thinking and creativity shine through. She is genuinely interested in contributing to the greater good and has a strong sense of social justice in her working and voluntary roles.
