Helen Forster

Helen has extensive experience leading people including developing and leading multi-discipline operational teams, team building and development in project teams, development and delivery of formal training including leadership and project management subject matter, and formal and informal mentoring and coaching of numerous people both within and outside of her organisation. As a chartered civil engineer, Helen promotes STEM careers, advocates diversity in engineering and champions women in leadership. Helen provides project leadership across a range of contract forms which has extended into significant contract and corporate risk management. One of Helen’s key strengths is an enjoyment of stakeholder and community engagement. Helen’s work promotes resilient, positive team cultures with a focus on safety and wellness, respect and inclusion.
