Her career has spanned a range of leadership roles in research (astrophysics), site operations, strategy, indigenous engagement and professional development. She is an experienced people manager, facilitator and agent for organisational innovatoin and positive change. Based in Perth, Kate enjoys working across the industry, research and university sectors. She is passionate about promoting Women in STEM, gender equity and diversity and inclusion.
