Monique is the living example that combining a challenging and succesful career with a very intense personal life is possible! She is the mother of 3 kids under the age of 4, including a set of twins, and is one of the Managing Partners at Visagio – a global consulting company that started its journey in Australia 8 years ago and now has 70+ people, and is consistently growing year after year, following her and her partners’ leadership. Engineer by background, she joined the company as an Intern, becoming partner only 4 years later, as a recognition for being a top performer. She is extremely passionate about developing people, and an advocate for inclusion of women in workplaces.
