Nicky has more than 20 years of management experience expanding across industries, with the last 15 months spent immersed in a technology solution. Nicky believes that an exceptional future can be built on transformation and will only be limited by what we choose to become.
She holds a Master in Business Administration in Management and Leadership and was recently awarded a scholarship to attend Harvard University’s High Potential Leaders Program. This was a highlight of her career to date.
Nicky is a valued leader, evidenced through regular invitations to participate in Board projects, employee negotiations, corporate reward programs and other activities. She has an excellent attitude when dealing with people and process and loves to make a difference.
