As a Coach and Consultant, she offer practical tools and methods to develop strategies that create positive change. Since 2015 she has run a business with a diverse client base delivering coaching, leadership development, interpersonal skills development and strengthening company and team cultures. She has over 17 years’ experience of in-house management roles in the areas of Organisational / Leadership Development, Human Resources, Culture Change and Change Management for companies within the not for profit, government, utilities, small business and private sectors across London and Perth, Western Australia.
