Trisha is a highly skilled leader and engineer, with First Class Honours in Mechanical Engineering and Masters in Business Technology. Her experience improving team outcomes using Operational Excellence (Lean) has resulted in tangible and sustainable benefits.
Trisha has 23 years manufacturing, operations and asset management experience with the brewing industry, and five years with Water Corporation.
Trisha impresses all that meet her on a professional and personal level. She stays in contact with stakeholders and makes time for coaching and mentoring to support others’ development.
Outside of work has Trisha volunteered with Scouts Australia, helping to inspire young people to learn personal and technical skills, and has participated in a STEM tutoring program to assist students to achieve their potential.
